Returns, Refunds, and Replacements Policies

Canceling an Order: You can cancel an order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Simply send a cancellation request to

Return Policy: We accept refund/return/replacement claims made within 24 hours after delivery. Refunds are applicable for transit damage, defective, wrong, or missing products only. Please note that we do not accept returns for reasons such as not liking the product or ordering the wrong size.

• • All product details, including size and weight, are clearly mentioned on the product pages. Please review them carefully before making a purchase.

Proof of Transit Damage or Wrong Product: To support your claim, we advise taking a video of the unboxing process. This video serves as proof and helps us claim insurance from the courier company. We do not consider return/refund requests without an unboxing video.

Requirements for Unboxing Video:

• • The video must show the label pasted by Aadvik4u.

• • It should be continuous without any pauses or cuts.

• • Clearly display any damage to the product.

Refusal of Package at the Door: If a buyer refuses the package at the door without providing an unboxing video, we will refund the amount after deducting forward and return transit costs.

Incorrect Information Provided: If incorrect information such as wrong address, pin code, or contact number leads to the return of the product, the buyer will be refunded after deducting forward and return transit costs.

Refunds and Replacements Procedure:

The decision to refund, replace, or return a damaged or wrong product lies solely with Aadvik4u. Refunds will be equivalent to the price paid for the item at the time of purchase (after any discounts), and shipping charges will not be refunded for orders of two or more items.
